Exterior security camera present
For security purposes, external security cameras are installed at the front entrance and back exit by the garden of the property. These cameras monitor outdoor areas only and do not record any indoor spaces, ensuring guests’ privacy at all times.
Once your booking is confirmed, rest assured that our price rates include fresh linen, soft towels, and the final cleaning fee. Additional housekeeping services are available upon request for an extra charge. You’ll have the entire property to yourselves throughout your stay. Enjoy the convenience of self check-in and settle into a professionally cleaned, well-maintained space complete with fluffy pillows, crisp bed linen, and all the essentials for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Kindly let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing a service or emotional support animal.
PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO REVIEW THE HOUSE RULES PRIOR TO BOOKING. We have a strict policy against parties or events of any kind on the premises. The lead guest must be 21 years old to complete the online check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and upload at least 1 ID before check-in. Forms must be filled at least 24 hours prior to the check in date. We operate a self-check-in system and cannot meet our guests to check their IDs and verify guests in person. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.
SAFETY & SECURITY: Please make sure you close and lock all the windows and doors when you are not on the property. If the property is found left unsecured (windows or doors open/unlocked) during your stay and/or at check-out, we retain the right to charge a penalty fee. A fee will also apply if the keys are misplaced during your stay or not returned to the lockbox at check-out. Thank you, we really appreciate your co-operation!
A £350 security deposit hold will be placed on your card two days before check-out and released after your stay, provided no issues are identified. Funds typically return within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank. This does not apply to Airbnb bookings. For stays of 10 nights or longer, an interim housekeeping service or linen change must be arranged during your stay. Failure to do so may result in additional charges at check-out. Please do not wash our linens or towels, as they require professional laundering. Charges may apply for unauthorised washing, excessive soiling, or replacement of damaged items. Additional charges may also apply if the property is left in an unreasonable condition at check-out, such as excessive rubbish being left behind or dishes and cookware not being cleared away or loaded into the dishwasher.
