About this house rental
The main house has three bedrooms that sleep five people, and the annex has two additional bedrooms that sleep four people. There are bathrooms and toilets in both the main house and the annex, so you have plenty of space and privacy—even when multiple generations or two families are traveling together. Large windows bring the forest into the living room, where the black wood-burning stove serves as a gathering spot on chilly evenings. The large dining table has room for long dinners and games, and the kitchen is bright and well-equipped for holiday cooking.
The garden is the house’s extra room. The large lawn offers space for play, bare feet, dogs, and energetic children, and on the terrace stands a large dining table under the parasol—perfect for lunch in the sun and barbecue evenings. When darkness falls, the string lights come on, and the terrace becomes a cozy outdoor space under the starry sky, while the house glows like a little sanctuary among the trees. The forest surrounding the house invites both short and long walks year-round.
Stubbe Lake is a short walk away and is perfect for walks, fishing, and quiet moments. If you’d like to go swimming, Dråby Beach and Boeslum Beach are within driving distance, featuring white sandy beaches and clear water. Ebeltoft is about 15 minutes away, with cobblestone streets, small shops, a harbor atmosphere, restaurants, the frigate Jylland, and the Glass Museum. For families with children, there are plenty of outing options, with Ree Park Safari, Djurs Sommerland, Skandinavisk Dyrepark, and the rest of Djursland’s attractions all within easy reach.
In short: A vacation home for those who want the tranquility of the forest, space for the whole family, and easy access to the beach, town, and adventure.
