The space
This industrial-chic two-level penthouse spans 2,000 sq ft, featuring soaring ceilings, exposed concrete, original ductwork, and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the Halifax harbour. The main floor hosts an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. A glass-railed staircase leads to a private lofted lounge above, which opens onto a private enclosed rooftop terrace with a saltwater hot tub. Sleeping arrangements include two queen bedrooms plus two single beds, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Organic cotton bedding, zero-VOC paint, and curated artwork throughout.

You'll have the entire penthouse to yourself — both levels, the wraparound balcony, the private enclosed rooftop terrace with saltwater hot tub, bedrooms, and all living spaces across the main floor and lofted upper level. Full access to the fully equipped kitchen and in-unit Samsung washer/dryer. The space is completely yours to enjoy.

This is a quiet residential building — no parties, events, or large gatherings permitted. Maximum 6 guests. Out of respect for neighbours, please observe quiet hours after 10pm. All paint throughout is zero-VOC and bedding is premium organic cotton — we care about your comfort and the environment. Noise complaints may result in cancellation without refund.

Max was a phenomenal host and the condo was just as described and more! Communication with Max was prompt and smooth. He met us at check in and brought us up to the condo and ensured we were all set. The condo was spotless, stunning and supplied with everything needed. The beds were very comfortable, as was the bedding. The balcony and view was spectacular.The private hot tub was icing on the cake. It was nice to decompress without other guests sharing it.The location is perfect. Park your car and walk or take an uber from the airport. Tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance.We will definitely be booking with Max the next time we are in Halifax.Thanks so much for the goodie basket and note, that was a nice touch and so kind of you, Max. The host is amazing and the property is beautiful. Views of downtown and the harbor are wonderful. As a frequent traveler, the experience with my stay was awesome. The unit is amazing. Comfortable stay and plenty of space for the family. I’ll be back.
