Sleeping arrangements include two queen bedrooms plus two single beds, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Organic cotton bedding, zero-VOC paint, and curated artwork throughout.

You'll have the entire penthouse to yourself — both levels, the wraparound balcony, the private enclosed rooftop terrace with saltwater hot tub, bedrooms, and all living spaces across the main floor and lofted upper level. Full access to the fully equipped kitchen and in-unit Samsung washer/dryer. The space is completely yours to enjoy.

This is a quiet residential building — no parties, events, or large gatherings permitted. Maximum 6 guests. Out of respect for neighbours, please observe quiet hours after 10pm. All paint throughout is zero-VOC and bedding is premium organic cotton — we care about your comfort and the environment. Noise complaints may result in cancellation without refund.
