Welcome to the Zillah Conner House — a classic, beautifully appointed home perfectly situated in the downtown historic district of Florence, Alabama. Located across the street from Coby Hall, the University of North Alabama (UNA) Honors College. This location is also one block from UNA’s Student Center with a Starbucks and Chick-fil-A, and two blocks from UNAs new football steps away. It's hard to beat this location.
The neighborhood is quiet and residential, but don't let that fool you — a short one-block stroll down the street puts you right in the middle of downtown Florence's restaurants, shops, nightlife, and music scene. The best of both worlds.
