About this house rental
Welcome to the Zillah Conner House — a classic, beautifully appointed home perfectly situated in the downtown historic district of Florence, Alabama. Located across the street from Coby Hall, the University of North Alabama (UNA) Honors College. This location is also one block from UNA’s Student Center with a Starbucks and Chick-fil-A, and two blocks from UNAs new football steps away. It's hard to beat this location.
The neighborhood is quiet and residential, but don't let that fool you — a short one-block stroll down the street puts you right in the middle of downtown Florence's restaurants, shops, nightlife, and music scene. The best of both worlds.
Inside, the main level features a comfortable bedroom, a full bath, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a bar area with ice maker, a powder room, and that charming enclosed front porch. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms share a full bath, a sitting room, guest laundry and a kitchenette — plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The main level living room and the upstairs sitting room have large-screen Roku TVs.

Come to Florence! Great place!

Great house with a great location in Florence. Just a few steps to the left and you are in downtown, a few steps to the right and you are on the campus of North Alabama. This home is spacious and beautiful. The host were great and answered all my questions. And bonus for the fishing community, there is plenty of space to park a bass boat.

We rented the home for a baseball tournament and it was perfect! The location is wonderful for exploring all that downtown Florence has to offer. The home itself had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. We will definitely rent again if we find ourselves in Florence.
