* Can sleep up to 2 guests

* Basic kitchenette
* Large and clean bath area with full tub
Sleeping Arrangements:
* Ideal for couples or solo work travelers
* King Size Bed
* Linens (1 full set per bed per reservation) and towels (1 full set per unit max occupancy per reservation) included. *No towel/linen turnover service provided; no on-site laundry facilities
Beach Access and Amenities:
* Beach access located at the end of Pender Ave- about 100 yards from "Surfside Sanctuary"
* Outdoor seasonal pool
* Pool is open May through October per HOA open/close schedule; *please inquire that the pool has been opened or remains open if booking in May or October

Very basic room, older, clean, could use some updating. Everything is self-done but relatively easy. Beautiful view from shared sitting area on second floor. Enjoyed our stay over the weekend.
