Nestled on 10 acres in Perkins, this updated home offers the perfect mix of comfort, privacy, and rustic charm while keeping you close to the Lazy E, Oklahoma State University, local events, dining, and entertainment.
Whether you’re visiting for an OSU game day, graduation, wedding, horse event, rodeo, family gathering, or simply looking for a quiet escape, this property offers the perfect setting to relax and unwind. Guests can enjoy wide open skies, beautiful sunsets, and a true Oklahoma country atmosphere while still being only:
