Step onto your private, shaded, and spacious balcony—the best seat in the house for sunset watching and relaxing with the coastal breeze. Ready for fun in the sun? You’re just a short stroll from the seasonally heated bayside lazy river and pool. Wander along the bay to spot coastal birds, cast a fishing line, or roast s’mores as the day winds down. Prefer the beach? It’s right across the street, along with the beach club pool for even more ways to unwind. This spacious condo is perfect for families and groups, offering a flexible and comfortable bedding setup: 1 king bed in the ensuite primary bedroom, 1 queen bed in the ensuite second bedroom, and bunk twin beds & 1 single twin in the third guest bedroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa, allowing the unit to sleep up to 9 guests comfortably. The condo features HD LED TVs, WIFI, and a fully equipped kitchen for easy dining and entertainment.
Please note: The property sleeps 9 and only 9 resort amenity wristbands are available for purchase.
Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. You will have exclusive access to our private beach that is clean and groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds. You are approximately 30 minutes from downtown Galveston and other great Galveston attractions.
The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility and offers resort style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. Use of these amenities is optional.
Resort Fee: $25 per person (ages 4+), per stay. *Beach club policy only allows 3 amenity bands per bedroom. It includes use of:
• Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
• Hot tubs
• Basketball & Pickleball court and a modest game/exercise room
• Seasonal family activities are offered throughout the year.
• The Pointe Restaurant opens seasonally for lunch and dinner.
The Beach Club will email an invoice directly to you. After payment, wristbands may be picked upon arrival at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9 AM–5 PM.
Please note: The resort fee is nonrefundable, so we recommend waiting until closer to your arrival before purchasing.
Important: We manage the rental home only. We do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, the restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds and/or cancellations are not given for any closures they may experience.

• Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check in and after check with wristband purchase.
• All condos are accessible by stairs or elevator. If elevators are out of service, stair access will be required.
No refunds or alternative accommodations are provided for elevator outages.
• Minimum age requirement: 26+
• No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.
CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY:
* 31+ Days Before Arrival — You may change your dates (but the price might change), or you may cancel for a full refund minus a $100 fee and any travel‑insurance premium you bought.
* 30 Days or Less — No refunds and no date changes, no matter the reason — including weather or unexpected events.
Travel Insurance — Offered at booking. Helps protect you from losses due to unexpected events. Important because hurricane season is June–November.
