About this apartment rental
Get back to nature with this gorgeous country home with a view. With a full wrap around porch on the 3rd floor, you will feel like you are in a giant treehouse. There are often eagles flying past the window.
This home has 80 acres surrounding it that will be yours to enjoy with the house, as well as your own private (catch and release) fishing pond just few minutes away.
Perfect for families who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Reservations from September 2026 onward!
Enjoy this 3 story house and have it all to yourself, as well as the 80 acres (and private fishing pond).
The bottom floor is the entryway/ foyer and the owner’s garage.
The second floor is where you will find all 3 bedrooms. The master has a California King bed and an ensuite bathroom with two separate sinks and two shower heads in the full size shower. You will also have access to the entire walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with an adjoining bathroom to the third bedroom, where you will find the bunkbeds. Also in the third bedroom, there are tons of toys for your little ones to enjoy and play with.
The 3rd floor is the spacious living room with an open concept to the kitchen and dining table. You will enjoy the 360 wrap around porch. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need and more. Feel free to make yourself at home and cook away!
In the living room is a smart TV. Please feel free to enjoy it.
We often see eagles flying, as they have a nearby nest. We also often get visits from neighboring deer.
There is a pond, with a deck, around 200 yards from the house. This is a great family spot for afternoon picnics and evening (catch and release) fishing. There are also bullfrogs, which are also a big hit with the kids!
You will have access to everything in the house, but the garage and the storage under the stairs. That is used for owner’s storage.

We are sorry but there is no smoking, vaping or camp fires. We do have a fire pit on the 3rd floor wrap-around porch, that you may use.
If possible, please take your shoes off at the front door.
No parties or events, including large family birthdays, reunions or memorials without prior approval.
Also, only 6 guests allowed over night.
Sorry, No hunting allowed on this property.
Please do not bring ATV’s or dirt bikes, as these damage the surrounding roads.
