Welcome to our Cozy Cottage! This 480 sq ft private home has everything you need to enjoy a home away from home. Located in the quiet and active neighborhood of Gregory Heights, it includes a comfortable queen bedroom, full kitchen w/dishwasher, living room, bathroom w/36" shorter shower, and fenced in yard seating for outdoor enjoyment. Parking is on site. Property has quick access to freeways. SeaTac airport is 10 mins drive, Trader Joes and PCC grocery just 3 mins drive, and Lumen Field/T-Mobile Park/Seattle Stadium are 20 mins drive. Nearest light rail is Tukwila Station just 3.7 miles.
