2-family house "Casa Alpetta", 3 storeys. Above Flims Dorf, on the outskirts, 1 km from the centre, in a sunny position on a slope. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Single garage at the house. Shop 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Flims Dorf" 1 km. Skisport facilities 1 km, ski school 1 km, ice rink 3 km. Nearby attractions: Rheinschlucht, Aussichtsplattform Il Spir. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Flims, Laax, Falera. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Caumasee, Crestasee. Hiking paths: Flims, Laax, Falera ganz Jahres Wanderw. Schneeschuhwandern+Winterwanderwege, Sommer Wanderwege (flimslaax.com). Please note: The owner does not accept any youth groups. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
