Located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, this charming 20 m² studio apartment has all the facilities you need for a pleasant stay in Paris.
It can accommodate up to 3 people, but is ideal for a couple.
The bathroom has been recently renovated.

## Logement
Warm and well-appointed, located on the 1st floor without elevator, it includes :
- mezzanine sleeping area with double bed ;
- a fully-equipped kitchen
- a shower room;
- a living room with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day's outing.

The following equipment is at your disposal: wifi, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, fridge, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The studio is ideally located in a dynamic and pleasant part of town. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, including one of the best Greek restaurants in Paris and the famous pastry shop Les Merveilleux de Fred. What's more, it's located in a cul-de-sac overlooking a courtyard, making it very quiet and bright. The Eiffel Tower is just a 15-minute walk away, allowing you to enjoy one of the city's most emblematic monuments.

The area is very well served by public transport, with bus and metro stops close by. So you can easily get around the city and discover all the wonders it has to offer.

For everyday shopping, there's a "Carrefour City" supermarket just a 4-minute walk away.

## Emplacement
The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.
