Inside, the home offers a straightforward and comfortable layout with three
bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it well-suited for families or small
groups. The setting is peaceful and residential, offering a sense of privacy
while still being within easy reach of local attractions, outdoor recreation,
and seasonal activities.

Private beach access and parking, located at the private 5 acre Suissevale
Beach island, is allowed for guests to use Sunday through Friday. No renters
are allowed to use the beach on Saturdays. A Colored beach tag (supplied by
the property owner) needs to be used on the dash of the car to access the
beach and parking.
Please note that pets are not permitted, smoking is not allowed, there are two
outside cameras, both on garage, one looking out to driveway and one looking
out to back yard, one camera in basement looking at oil level on oil tank, and
the garage is not included in the rental.
