Detached vacation apartment/ vacation home forest edge on the Lower Rhine Holtwick

Our spacious, detached vacation home, situated in a very rural setting, can accommodate up to 8 people. The open-concept upper level offers plenty of space and sleeping accommodations, including 2 large beds and 2 single beds for up to 6 people. On the first floor, there is another bedroom with a 1.80-meter double bed for 2 people. A large seating area with a table and a view of the meadows is located next to the very well-equipped kitchen, which features a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator with a 3-drawer freezer. Also on the first floor is the bathroom with a shower and a laundry room with a washer and dryer, which can be used free of charge. Ample parking is available directly in the courtyard next to the house.
The beds are freshly made upon arrival, and towels, coffee, and tea are provided. A selection of games is available for fun family evenings.
In the garden, a covered seating area and a small charcoal grill ensure a cozy atmosphere.

The house is located right next to the forest. The road ends here. Our farm is across the way; in the summer, you can usually see our mother cows with their calves. Otherwise, you’ll enjoy 100% privacy here. Check-in and check-out are handled via a key box with a code.
The very well-signposted Lower Rhine bike path network is just a 2-minute ride away. Excursions—for example, to the Irrland amusement park, the pilgrimage town of Kevelaer, the APX/Cathedral in the Roman town of Xanten—round out the experience. The Ruhr region’s shopping center, the Gasometer, Legoland, and much more at Centro Oberhausen, as well as Düsseldorf, Cologne, and our neighboring country, the Netherlands (Venlo, among other places), are also very easy to reach by car.
