Holiday cottage in a converted farmhouse, adjoining another cottage and next to the owners' house.
Ground floor: Living room with a 117cm TV. Wi-Fi (fiber optic).
Open-plan kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, three-burner induction hob, filter and capsule coffee machine.
Bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm) that can be joined to make a double bed (180x200cm). Cot available on request.
Bathroom with a walk-in shower (90x90cm), washing machine, and toilet.
Upstairs: One bedroom with three single beds (90x200cm).
Separate toilet.
Private south-facing terrace (25m²) with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a charcoal barbecue.
Shared enclosed garden of approximately 150m² in a green setting with fruit trees and chickens. Ping-pong table and covered bicycle storage available upon request.
Private enclosed parking.
Utilities and bed linens included in the price.
