Whether you’re relaxing on the couch with coffee, watching movies on the Smart TV or gathering after a day on the lake, the space was designed for connection and comfort.

One of the most loved areas of the cottage is the Muskoka Room. It is a cozy screened-in retreat featuring a propane fire table that creates the perfect cottage vibe day or night. Enjoy your morning coffee surrounded by nature, unwind with wine in the evenings or simply relax while listening to the peaceful sounds of the forest.

THEATRE ROOM EXPERIENCE
Forget basic cottage basements. We transformed ours into a fun theatre-style entertainment space complete with a projector, popcorn machine, mini fridge, and cozy movie-night setup perfect for family nights, rainy days, or late-night hangs with friends. We also provide games for guests of all ages, making this a fully packed experience year-round.

ZEN & WELLNESS ROOM
Need time to recharge? Our Zen Room was created for relaxation and wellness, featuring a massage chair, yoga mats, dumbbells, and calming backyard forest views. It’s the perfect space for stretching, meditating, working out, or simply slowing down.

Guests will have full private access to the entire cottage and all amenities during their stay, including the hot tub, theatre room, Muskoka room, fire pit, BBQ, games area, and outdoor spaces. Parking is available for 3-4 cars.

Other things to note
• By confirming your reservation, all guests acknowledge and accept that use of the property and all amenities including but not limited to the hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, Muskoka room propane fire table, theatre room, games, driveway, stairs, surrounding forest, and outdoor areas is entirely at their own risk. The hosts, co-hosts, owners and property management company are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, slips, falls, illnesses, allergic reactions, lost belongings or damages that may occur before, during or after your stay.

• Please respect the peaceful cottage community and neighbouring properties. Quiet hours must be observed, especially during evenings and nighttime. Strictly no parties, events, loud music, fireworks or unauthorized gatherings.

• Smoking or vaping inside the cottage is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking indoors will result in a minimum $1000 smoke remediation and cleaning fee.

• Noise monitoring devices may be installed outdoors for community safety and compliance purposes only. These devices do NOT record conversations or audio.

• The property is located in Muskoka cottage country surrounded by nature. Guests may encounter mosquitoes, insects, wildlife, uneven terrain, slippery decks, snow, mud, ice, falling branches, or changing weather conditions depending on the season. Please use caution outdoors and keep windows and doors closed when not in use to help prevent insects or small animals from entering.

• Children must always be supervised, especially around the hot tub, fire pit, driveway, stairs, and outdoor areas.

• HOT TUB RULES:

* Use at your own risk.
* Please shower before entering.
* No lotions, oils, bath products, or creams before use.
* No glass, food, or drinks inside or around the hot tub area.
* Plastic wine glasses have been provided for safety.
* Ensure the hot tub cover is fully closed after each use.
* During extreme winter temperatures, the hot tub may temporarily lose heat or experience delays outside of our control.

• FIRE PIT / BBQ / MUSKOKA ROOM:

* Never leave the fire pit, BBQ or propane fire table unattended while in use.
* Guests must check for active fire bans before using the fire pit.
* Ensure all fires are fully extinguished after use.
* BBQ must be cleaned after use. Excessively dirty BBQs may result in additional cleaning charges.
* Please turn OFF the propane valves for both the BBQ and the Muskoka Room propane fire table after use.
* Propane tanks are typically kept filled, but depending on previous usage, they may occasionally run empty. Guests may refill propane at a nearby gas station if needed and reimbursement can be provided with receipt proof.

• SEPTIC SYSTEM IMPORTANT:
This cottage operates on a septic system. ONLY toilet paper may be flushed. Do NOT flush wipes (including “flushable” wipes), feminine products, paper towel, grease, food, oils, or any foreign objects. Septic damages caused by misuse may result in repair or service charges to guests.

• Please note that the basement itself is unfinished. However, we have thoughtfully created a cozy theatre room setup with a projector, popcorn machine, mini fridge, seating, and games for guests to enjoy.

• Winter weather in Muskoka can change quickly. While snow clearing services are arranged for the driveway, guests are responsible for driving carefully and preparing for snowy or icy conditions. We are not responsible for weather-related travel issues, road conditions, or delays caused by snow or storms.

• The cottage is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every stay. However, being located in cottage country, occasional insects, mosquitoes, flies, or wildlife sightings may still occur and are outside of our control.

• Starter supplies including toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, paper towel, and basic toiletries are provided at the beginning of the stay. For longer stays, additional supplies may need to be purchased by guests depending on usage.

• Guests are responsible for securing personal belongings during their stay. Hosts are not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten items
