LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Modern luxury building located in the heart of Downtown Seattle. Just minutes walking from Pike Place Market, Post Alley, Waterfront Park, Bubble Gum Wall, The Aquarium, Showbox, and Seattle Art Museum! Stadiums and Space Needle are a short 5 minute drive. Ferry Access and public transportation both close by. Amazing restaurants and shops just steps away. I can park 1 car free! Dog park on site! It’s truly an amazing location to see Seattle with convenience and joy.
Beautifully furnished 900 sqft spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath condo with large balcony. High floor for reduced noise. I wish I could ensure complete silence, but you’re in the middle of the city. However, it is still very quiet considering the location. 1 King size Layla Hybrid mattress. Mattress can be flipped if you prefer a firmer or softer sleep. Super cozy and great for a anyone with back issues. Couch acts as a sleeper sofa. When pulled it out it’s a full size mattress. It can sleep 2 comfortably. When in sofa form, it can seat 3-4 people comfortably. Serta Raised Comfort Pillowtop never flat 20” Queen Air Mattress with built in self inflating pump. Plug them in and they’re ready to go in 3 minutes. I have 3 air mattresses on hand at all times. I’ve had guests say the air mattresses were as comfortable as a normal mattress. If you leave them plugged in during the night, they never lose air! All are very comfortable options! I also have a twin air mattress same make and model. I can sleep 7 if you want to squeeze which many guests have made work. I can sleep 6 comfortably. Bedroom has an actual door for plenty of privacy. Large windows in both the living room and bedroom for nice natural light. 2 TVs with all the streaming services you could want. 1 GIG Wifi. Kitchen has every appliance at your disposal. Washer and dryer in unit. Extremely large 15 ft closet in the bedroom for plenty of storage. 2 dressers with more storage options. Pack and play crib and high top table if you’ll be traveling with an infant. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. FREE Coffee and tea always on hand. Covered parking garage has a 6’5 clearance. I can park 1 car for free! Sometimes 2 cars. Ask ahead of time and I can let you know. Street parking is available in front of the building along with additional parking in the garage for a fee if you need to park multiple cars.
Building amenities include a large PRIVATE dog park. Your furry friends will love it, and you’ll love the convenience of only going down a few floors to get to it. Beautiful gym, multiple conference rooms, free covered parking, and a lovely courtyard area with bbq. No charge for extra guests! Guests can cancel up until 5 days before check-in for a full refund! This is a very flexible cancellation policy compared to most hosts. The location, free parking, and amenities have made this condo enjoyable for all my guests!
