For local Savoyard cuisine, Le Chalet des Amis and La Fondue Savoyarde are popular spots in the Val Thorens resort village, both within 1 km.
• Outdoor Activities: Val Thorens is a superb summer destination with over 300 km of marked hiking trails in the Belleville Valley. The Bureau des Guides des Belleville offers guided half-day excursions, including wildlife-spotting walks and the famous Tarte à la Myrtille trail. Mountain biking and climbing are also available within 2 km of the residence.
• Places to Visit: Explore the Vallée des Belleville and its traditional mountain villages such as Saint-Martin-de-Belleville (18 km), known for its Baroque church and local markets. The Lac du Lou, a high-altitude glacial lake, is reachable by hiking trail approximately 8 km from the resort.

• A refundable security deposit of €650 per accommodation is required and will be returned after inspection, provided there is no damage, additional cleaning or missing items.
