Villa Fereniki is a peaceful island retreat nestled among olive trees above Gaios, the charming capital of Paxos. Located just 500 meters from the center of Gaios, Villa Fereniki offers the ideal balance between convenience and tranquility. You’re close enough to enjoy the island’s restaurants, cafés, shops, and harbor, while still feeling tucked away in a quiet and serene setting.
The center of Gaios is just an 8–10 minute uphill walk (or 1 minute by car), while the main port is approximately 1.5 km away (15–20 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car).
The first-floor maisonette features:
