Located across approximately 75 m² of elegantly furnished space with warm colors and premium materials, this retreat features an open-plan living and dining area with a comfortable seating space and a sofa bed, alongside a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher.

Designed to comfortably host up to six guests, the suite includes two bedrooms with double beds, plus two modern bathrooms (one with a bathtub, washbasin, and toilet, and another with a rain shower, washbasin, and toilet). Practical conveniences are fully covered, including free Wi-Fi, floor heating, a room safe, an iron and ironing board, beds made fresh upon arrival, a lift in the building, shared ski storage with a ski boot dryer, a shared and payable washing machine and dryer, and two parking spaces (one covered).

When summer paints the Hohe Tauern National Park in vibrant green, free admission via the Nationalpark SommerCard unlocks local highlights like the Sonnblick outdoor swimming pool, scenic gondola rides, and historic gold panning sites.
