The Cayen at Hampton lakes is a Modern Smart villa. With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, this well equipped home is just 15 minutes from the Disney attractions. A screened, heated private pool with Colored LED lighting, that adds to the fun in this gated community.
This villa is private and includes amenities you wont see anywhere else in the area, Like a Huge 120" Theatre with expert surround sound that can double as your personal Bluetooth system!
A very Unique decor suited for the family/Group who enjoys a Theater-Like movie experience & a unique Disco/Nightlife Music environment. All functions of this villa are voice controlled via Amazon Echo's and Dots installed thru-out the property.
There are numerous shopping and dining locations within 5 - 10 minutes Drive of the villa.🍽
Also, Championsgate resort featuring shops, golf and dining is 5 minutes drive.
Hampton Lakes Community is ideally situated close enough to all of the major attractions, yet far enough away to chill and relax in the peace and quiet after the hustle and bustle of the parks.
For those who still have some energy left there are numerous Golf Courses within 5 - 20minutes Drive, and a little closer the beautifully maintained floodlit community tennis courts.

For your protection and safety as well as Ours, the property has been outfitted with cameras in common areas such as living room and dining room.
We can confirm that the Villa is NOT currently for sale and we have no plans to sell the villa in the foreseeable future.
We guarantee your family will want to return on your next vacation!!
