About this house rental
Holiday home in Moriani beach. Accommodation designed to comfortably accommodate 6 people on a surface area of 60m2, ideally located 150m from the beach, little frequented because private access.
The house overlooks its small garden with trees. It is in the heart of a pedestrian area for the safety of all.
Equipment
On the first floor, we enter a large room organized around a living room and an air-conditioned living room communicating with a well-equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, filter coffee maker and Senseo, toaster, kettle, picnic kit, freezer and washing machine, TV DVD player and wifi available. There is also access to the 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and 2 bunk beds if needed) with recent mattresses, mosquito nets and shutters on the windows. A bathroom (sink, shower, toilet, storage cupboard).
A third bedroom is upstairs, with a double bed. A mezzanine equipped with a lounge area allows you to sit comfortably to read or play games.
A baby cot is available as well as a stroller, a high chair and bath and beach accessories.
The outside
A south-facing terrace will allow you to have breakfast at sunrise and facing the mountain. In the garden, you will benefit from a barbecue, a forest table under an arbour, garden armchairs to take your aperitifs and spend your convivial evenings.
Activities
The estate is equipped with a private unsupervised swimming pool (open from June 15 to September 15) facing the sea, with outdoor shower and toilet nearby). The setting is natural and wild. You will enjoy the sunrise on the horizon from the swimming pool. A shaded petanque court (games available), a tennis court, a table tennis table are at your disposal.
Geographical location
The seaside resort of Moriani is in the heart of the Costa Verde in Castagniccia with its diversity of landscapes where you can meet cows, goats and pigs on the small mountain road. A grocery store is located in front of the estate and you will find all the shops and services in the center of the village of Moriani (15 minutes walk).
The villa is located 25 minutes south of Poretta airport (south of Bastia) and 45 minutes from the port of Bastia, 1h00 from St Florent, 1h40 from Cap Corse, 1h50 from Porto Vecchio, 2h20 from Bonifaccio. This rather central geographical location allows you to crisscross the island from north to south and from east to west It is served by a bus from Bastia.
Finally, let your taste buds go to all the regional tastings, you are in the area of Corsican charcuterie and chestnut specialties.
