With direct access to UTV/ATV and snowmobile routes, and just minutes from top golf destinations like Sand Valley and Lake Arrowhead, this peaceful home is your all-season base for adventure.
Step inside to find a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living and dining spaces with smart TVs, and thoughtful touches throughout. Sip coffee on the three-season porch while watching wildlife, or wind down around the backyard firepit after a day exploring the trails or fairways.

✔ Rental Agreement & ID Verification - A signed rental agreement and a valid ID upload from the booking guest are required.
✔ Security Deposit Hold - A $300 hold will be placed as a refundable security deposit.
✔ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Available upon request, pending availability. Each is offered for a $60 fee and must be arranged in advance.
Starter pack of essentials included:
✔ 2 rolls of toilet paper
✔ 1 roll of paper towels
✔ 1 box of Kleenex

✔ The garage is not accessible to guests and the indoor fireplace is not for use.
✔ The Smart TV requires guests to log in with their own streaming accounts. Please don’t forget to log out before checkout to protect your personal information.
