In accordance with the General Data Protection Law – LGPD (Law No. 13.709, of August 14, 2018), the GUEST declares that they are aware and agree that the data provided by them will be accessed, used, and processed, electronically and manually, by the LANDLORD and its agents for the purpose of achieving the objective of this contract and fulfilling the obligations assumed. The Lessor will act as the Controller of the collected data, being responsible for the continuous development and implementation of the Privacy and Data Protection Policy, making decisions, as well as processing such data, involving operations such as collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storage, elimination, evaluation or control of information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination or extraction. The data will remain stored in a digital and/or physical environment, monitored by the Lessor, for as long as the contractual relationship between the parties lasts. In case of termination of the contractual relationship between the parties and/or if the elimination of the data is requested, personal data may still be stored for the exclusive use of the Lessor, as well as for as long as the need to comply with contractual, legal and regulatory obligations persists. In strict accordance with Article 9, item VII, of Law 13.709/2018, the GUEST has the right to obtain from the LANDLORD, in relation to the data processed, at any time and upon request: - confirmation of the existence of processing; - access to the data; - correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; - anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary, excessive data or data processed in violation of the aforementioned Law; - deletion of personal data processed with the consent of the data subject. The GUEST's lack of consent for the LANDLORD to process the data will render the contract unfeasible. Unjustified revocation before the end of the contract will result in absolute breach of contract due to the GUEST's exclusive fault, and the GUEST will be subject to the penalties stipulated by the platform.
