Il Balcone Sulle Alpi offers panoramic views across one of the most beautiful regions of the Italian Alps. The apartment is on the 11th floor of an attractive residence in the charming resort of Sauze d’Oulx. It makes an ideal base for friends or a family looking for alpine adventures!
The homely apartment for 4 includes a seating area with a cosy corner sofa and TV. The dining area with a wooden table and banquette seating, is next a large window and door which leads onto the private balcony. Guests can relax in the open air and enjoy the spectacular view across the valley to the mountains beyond.
Back inside, there is a separate kitchen next to the dining area. It is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge and washing machine.
Sleeping
Bedroom: The bedroom is on a higher level, up a short staircase. It has a double bed, 2 single beds, a laptop-friendly workspace and a wardrobe.

The bathroom is next to the bedroom and is appointed with a shower, basin, bidet and WC

Guests can ski in and out of the property. In the summer, there are numerous hiking trails through the alpine meadows and mountains.
There are many good restaurants and bars in the area, which will suit all tastes and budgets. For self-catering, Sauze d’Oulx has a supermarket and other smaller shops selling regional delicacies. The weekly market (Friday morning) is the best place to find the freshest local ingredients.
Turin airport is a 1 hour and 15 minutes drive from the apartment.
