Cocoonr offers this charming 80 m² air-conditioned house for rent in Roquebrune-sur-Argens, in the Issambres district, less than a kilometre from the beach and with uninterrupted sea views. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath), a shower room and a garden of around 800 m². Wifi (fibre optics) included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
First floor:
- A 25 m² living room with a TV, two sofas, a dining area and direct access to the balcony
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (140x190) and wardrobe
- A shower room with WC
On the ground floor:
- A study
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- One bedroom with two single beds (90x190)
- A bathroom (with bath) with WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 800 m² garden, enclosed and private, all exposures.
- An east-facing 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A 35m² balcony with a 200° sea view, facing east, south and west.
The house is ideally located in Roquebrune-sur-Argens, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
