This beautiful vacation rental is located in a quiet neighborhood of Crikvenica, not far from the sea and the town center, on the top floor of a very comfortably furnished house. The house was newly completed in 2021. and everything was furnished with great attention to detail.

This apartment consists of a living/dining room with a kitchen, four bedrooms each with a double bed, and four bathrooms. Each bathroom is attached to a bedroom, ensuring plenty of privacy in every bedroom with its own bathroom. From the living area, which offers a view of the sea, there is direct access to the apartment’s balcony.

Behind the house is a stunning pool area with a 32 m² swimming pool that is 1.6 m deep, which can be used by the apartment’s guests. Right next to it, a sauna, some exercise equipment, and a bar are available.
The apartment includes a private parking space, which is provided free of charge.

A walking path leads from the house to the town center and to the nearest beach, called Kastel. Although the house is located in a quieter area, the town center—with its restaurants, cafes, shops, sightseeing boats, and many other recreational opportunities—is just a few minutes’ walk away.

The property is equipped with video surveillance and is completely fenced in. The entrance gate and apartment doors are operated by a modern card access system.

For special occasions such as birthdays or similar events, the wine cellar can be used for celebrations upon arrangement with the landlord.
