About this house rental
The Falkenhaus vacation home is a cozy semi-detached house of about 75 square meters, lovingly furnished in a country-style and ideal for up to 4 people. Its quiet location on a cul-de-sac offers pure relaxation, while the dike, the harbor, and the Koppke wellness spa with a sauna are just a few steps away.
On the first floor, you’ll find an inviting living area with a large couch, a recliner, and a fireplace—perfect for relaxing on cooler days. A cozy dining area for 4 people is perfect for spending time together. The 32" Metz Full HD LED TV, a Bluetooth radio, and a DVD player provide entertainment. With high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, you’ll stay connected at all times. The fully equipped kitchenette offers everything you need: a four-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, filter coffee maker, a coffee pod machine, and a kettle.
Two bedrooms invite you to unwind: One bedroom on the upper floor features a solid-wood double bed with an adjustable slatted frame and a 22" Technisat Full HD LCD TV, while the second bedroom has two solid-wood single beds and a 32" Metz Full HD LCD TV. Bedding and towels are available upon request for a fee.
The upstairs bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet. An additional guest toilet is located on the first floor. Also on the first floor is the storage room with a washing machine (9 kg), a high chair, a travel crib, an iron, and an ironing board.
Outside, you can enjoy the covered patio with modern furniture, a well-maintained garden with a beach chair, sunshade, and lounge chairs—ideal for relaxing. Insect screens ensure undisturbed comfort. You can safely store your bikes in the locked, brick-walled bike storage room, which includes an electrical outlet. A large, private parking space is available right next to the house.
