✓ Starter supplies are provided, but you may want to bring extra paper goods and cooking essentials for longer stays
✓ The home isn’t baby-proofed, so little ones will need a bit of extra supervision
✓ Firewood isn’t always provided, so you may want to grab some locally for the fire pit. Please fully extinguish fires after use and clean the grill after grilling.
✓ Age requirement: The minimum age to book is 18. We kindly ask that no parties or events are held—any violations may result in immediate termination of the stay.
✓ Indoor Fireplace: Available for use from October 1 – March 31.
✓ Hot Tub Use: The hot tub is professionally cleaned between stays. Please shower before use and follow posted safety guidelines.
✓ Pet Policy: $45 per pet, per stay; with no limit on the number of pets.
✓ Parking: Parking has plenty of space and can also accommodate boats and trailers.
