Come and stay in this charming studio located in the Le Spot residence, which can accommodate up to 3 people. Designed for your comfort, you will be delighted by its pleasant setting and its terrace and small landscaped outdoor area.
Within the residence, you will enjoy an unheated communal swimming pool, open from 01/06 to 30/09, a central bar to refresh yourself after swimming, as well as a pétanque court.
Ideally located near the lakes of Biscarrosse, you will be able to discover the region and vary your activities, to make the most of a holiday filled with relaxation!
Upon your arrival in this studio located on the ground floor, you will have access to the living area with its sofa corner, television, dining table and access to the terrace. You will also discover the fully equipped open-plan kitchen, which has induction hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a Senseo coffee maker.
The studio has a Queen Size bed (160/200) in the living room as well as a double sofa bed that can accommodate an additional person.
A travel cot can be provided upon request. A bicycle storage area is also available.
You will have a bathroom with WC adapted for people with reduced mobility, and a hairdryer. A washing machine is also at your disposal.
For parking, 1 numbered private parking space is available.
