The Space:
The space was carefully designed to offer a comfortable and sophisticated experience. The bedroom features a king-size bed, ambient lighting, and modern décor, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax after a day of exploring the city.
The loft also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, electric stove, utensils, and everything you need for short or long stays.
One of our guests’ favorite features is the private balcony, where you’ll find a bench and table to enjoy your morning coffee, a glass of wine at sunset, or simply relax while taking in the city views.

2. Submit valid IDs for all guests, including minors and the person who made the reservation.
3. When booking, confirm that you have read and accepted our house rules and cancellation policy.
We cannot offer refunds for subjective reasons, such as odors or perceptions of cleanliness.
Guest Access:
Full access to all areas of the apartment and building, including the gym and coworking space.
Other Things to Note:
* Once the reservation has been made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. Date changes are also not permitted.
* In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing suitable for the weather :).
* Mexico City has experienced reductions in water availability in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will monitor the situation closely at all times.
TOWELS: We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have a washer and dryer or are located near a laundromat.
Please note that towels that are permanently stained or damaged will be subject to a charge. To avoid this, you’ll find towels marked with the word “makeup”, which you are welcome to use for removing makeup or with any products that may cause stains.
Security Deposit
For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after check-out, provided there are no damages or violations during the stay.
The process is secure and handled through a specialized platform to protect your information. We will send you the instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
*Parking vehicles, whether on the property or on public streets, is entirely the guest’s responsibility. The accommodation is not responsible for theft, damage, or any other incident affecting vehicles or any belongings left inside them.

Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy, and art! We’ll be happy to recommend restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in some of the city’s most popular neighborhoods.
We’ll also be available for anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
