The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building built in 1750, was renovated in 2025, and is furnished in a modern, rustic and functional style. The property is situated in the town centre. This holiday property is a historical accommodation. The following are available for shared use: children's playground, swing and garden furniture. Please bring your own towels for the beach. A warm welcome to the Celina guesthouse in the west of the island of Rügen. Where bread and cakes were once baked, you will now find a place of peace, relaxation and well-being – ideal for solo travellers, couples and families, but not for tradespeople/contract workers. On site, you will benefit from regional offerings such as freshly roasted coffee, local specialities, local bicycle hire and other leisure activities. With your booking you support a non-profit oriented foundation. The return of the deposit takes place after the final cleaning, within 14 days of departure.

Your holiday apartment offers 1 floor, 1 room, is 45 sqm and can accommodate up to 2 persons. On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating (fuel oil). Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is im Erdgeschoss and leads over 1 step directly in the living room/bedroom with wardrobe, lounge and doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom as intersecting room, 40 sqm and with lounge, dinette, TV, stereo system and CD. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom as intersecting room and with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and (Refrigerator = fridge-freezer). Bathroom with shower, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet with WC and window.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, high chair for children, electric iron, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Gingst. The holiday flat is located on a closed property with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a wall. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Communal rooms with washing machine, electric tumble dryer (use subject to a fee) and facilities for bicycles are also available. If you are holidaying with a dog, leads are compulsory on the property and in the garden. The location of the holiday flat is directly on the market square with separate access, including a view of the square. Access is directly from the main road (tarmacked). Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house and a car park in the village (distance 5 m). There is currently a limited parking time in the central car park; further parking options without time limits are available approximately 100 m from the holiday flat.

Central heating (oil). Children's toys, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), safe, books, DVDs and/or music for children, iron, ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer. Television reception via satellite.
