Amazing, huge, clean well equipped room. Great food Great service Perhaps not the ideal place to take young child like we did, as limited options for kids. But we did have a great time

Rooms facing the mountain are noisy, there is a large industrial building which generates a large whistling sound which ruins the entire experience. Staff did not mention this during check or in the ad. This does not help for a relaxing feel, while the sea view is i assume more quiet. As i stayed a couple days i didn’t bother with complaints and the hotel was already full as thats what the reception said. The hotel lack a 5 star feel as there was no slippers or robes provided not like the abu dhabi one. The floor is mostly tiles and not properly cleaned. Gym is old and dated and you have to have towel card for the pool/ beach (never experienced this before). Positive is the restaurant staff were nice, food was okay and the beach itself good - but i would rather access the beach from another hotel next time.
