This beautiful vacation villa is situated on a lot of over 600 m². The villa’s entryway features a spacious foyer. The large living room (50 m²) is very tastefully and luxuriously furnished, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a magnificent view of the water. The open-concept kitchen is also equipped with every convenience. The first floor is fully equipped with underfloor heating.

The first floor also features a spacious bedroom with a double bed, as well as an adjoining large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. A washing machine and dryer are available in the utility room.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with bunk beds (plus a pull-out bed), as well as a second bathroom. The vacation rental can accommodate up to eight people.

The house features a large garden with a beautiful terrace right on the water, a heated outdoor shower, and a private 30-meter-long dock. The terrace features a comfortable lounge set and a glass windbreak.
