Sleeping arrangements
Two private bedrooms each offer restful, thoughtfully furnished sleeping spaces with quality linens and room-darkening shades. A Queen sleeper sofa in the living area adds flexible capacity for additional guests. Two full bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and plush towels - everything you need to get ready and go.

Kitchen & dining
The open-plan kitchen is fully set up for real cooking. All-Clad cookware, a Kenmore stainless steel electric stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a complete set of dishes and silverware make meal prep effortless. Coffee comes two ways - drip coffee maker or French press - with coffee provided. A hot water kettle, toaster, blender, wine glasses, and baking sheet round out the setup. Enjoy meals at the dining area or take them outside to the patio.

Living area & workspace
The living room centers around an electric fireplace and a 50" HDTV with Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video. Books and reading material are on hand for slower mornings. A dedicated workspace with desk and office chair, paired with fast Wi-Fi, keeps you productive when needed. Central air conditioning, central heating, and a ceiling fan maintain year-round comfort.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a private, fenced backyard with furnished patio - a quiet spot for morning coffee or evening downtime. A private entrance makes arrivals and departures smooth. Free parking is available both on premises and on the street.
