There is currently construction on the main avenue; however, the noise is not very noticeable inside the apartment.

1. No pets, no parties, no smoking, no illegal activity.
2. Do not put toilet paper down the toilets in Mexico
3. Please turn off lights and AC when not in use.
4. A starter kit of toilet paper and soap is provided, after which guests must provide their own.
