• Guests sign a standard stay agreement after booking

This is a wonderful 1-bedroom apartment in an excellent building. The host quickly responded to all our questions. When we arrived it was a little confusing on where to find our unit. The resort also has a hotel on the property. The VRBO units are in the same building as the hotel owned condos. I ended up asking the front desk where our condo was. They were very pleasant. When we arrived in our room there were fobs, bracelets and access cards for the resort. There were no instructions on which specific card or fob was to be used to access the various resort amenities. Plus no information on where to take our trash. Other than that the place was very clean, modern and exceptional grounds. Very close to many wineries, restaurants, grocery stores etc. excellent location and A very nice condo! We had an awesome stay at the resort.
