Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our lovingly and modernly furnished 70 m² vacation rental on the first floor. Here you’ll find a stylish temporary home—ideal for families or couples who appreciate comfort and coziness. The house was completed to the latest standards in June 2020 and will be available for rent for the first time starting in March 2026. The house is located on a low-traffic street. A designated parking space is located directly in front of the house.
The apartment features two separate bedrooms, each with two comfortable beds, and thus accommodates up to four people. For our younger guests, we’re happy to provide a travel crib upon request.
The spacious living area with an integrated kitchen forms the heart of the apartment. Here, you can cook, eat, laugh, and relax together. The open layout creates a friendly and bright atmosphere where you’ll feel welcome from the very first moment. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available to you.
The modern bathroom with a walk-in shower offers pleasant comfort and a relaxing start to the day. A spacious hallway further enhances the sense of space and provides ample room for coats and luggage.
A special highlight is the sunny balcony, which is approximately 10 m² in size. Here you can wind down at the end of the day—whether enjoying breakfast in the morning sun, a cozy barbecue in the evening, or simply “chilling” in the fresh air.
For active travelers, there’s also a bike garage for secure storage of your bicycles—ideal for extended tours in the surrounding area.
