The chalet is entirely yours during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home while enjoying the peaceful setting of Beaver Valley.

Guests will have access to the full property and all amenities, with the exception of any locked owner storage areas and the garage.

The property accommodates a maximum of 12 registered guests when the group includes children. Adult-only groups are limited to 10 guests.

From the chalet, you are just moments from Bruce Trail access, scenic cycling routes, hiking paths, and the Beaver River’s popular swimming holes. The quiet club roads are ideal for biking, walking, or simply enjoying the fresh valley air.

While the setting feels secluded, you are still close to many of Grey County’s favourite destinations including charming villages, local restaurants, cideries, and wineries.

★ OCCUPANCY ★
The chalet can host a maximum of 12 registered guests when the group includes children, with no more than 10 adults permitted.

Adult-only reservations are therefore limited to 10 guests. All guests and children must be included accurately on the reservation.

The base nightly rate includes up to 8 guests. A fee of $75 per person, per night applies to each additional guest beyond 8, up to the permitted occupancy limit.
