Perfect for families or groups of up to 6 guests, this spacious condo offers breathtaking direct oceanfront views right from your private balcony — the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with the sound of the waves.
Inside, you’ll find a comfortable bedroom retreat plus additional sleeping arrangements to accommodate everyone with ease. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials you need to prepare meals, along with a dining area for gathering together. The open living space is bright and welcoming, designed for relaxation after a fun day at the beach.
Guests enjoy full access to Compass Cove’s incredible resort amenities, including multiple indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, kiddie pools, and direct beach access just steps away. On-site dining options, a fitness center, and convenient parking make your stay effortless and enjoyable.
Located close to top attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment, this oceanfront condo offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and unbeatable coastal views.
Beach replenishment will be EXPECTED to finish by the second week of July. This is a city project and we have no control over this. We were not aware of when it began and had no notice in advance. But they did let us know its expected end date.

Things to know
• Please note: the white dresser can be converted into a full-size bed.
• There is an ATM in the lobby area, a gift shop, and a refreshment area.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Laundry facility is coin-operated, and guests need a keycard to enter. There is laundry soap there to purchase.
• For the indoor pool, when leaving the pool to go back to the unit, guests will be required to use their keycard to get back inside the resort.
• There is a designated smoking area by the garage near the lobby area.
• Pool, Hot Tubs Hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM (subject to seasonal changes)
House rules
• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and fees.
• Non-smoking property. Smoking (including vaping) is prohibited inside rooms, balconies, and indoor common areas. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
• Pets are not allowed, unless the property is designated pet-friendly with prior approval. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or removal from the property.
• Maximum occupancy listed for the room must not be exceeded at any time, including children.
• Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours, including balconies and hallways.
• No glass containers allowed in pool areas.
• Follow all posted pool rules and lifeguard instructions, if applicable.
• Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted.
• Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their rooms.
• Any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning needs will be charged to the guest.
• Do not tamper with fire alarms, smoke detectors, or safety equipment.
• Emergency exits must remain clear at all times.
• The building is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
• Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees, removal from the property, or cancellation of stay without refund.
