The villa consists of:

- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
- three bedrooms with 160 cm double beds,
- two bathrooms with showers,
- two separate toilets,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron,
- TV, Wi-Fi,
- fan, ceiling fans,
- radiators, central heating, smoke detector, hangers,
- garage,
- shared pool.
The property also features parking in front of the house and offers a pleasant view of the terrace and garden.
Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.
