Enjoy a relaxing lakeside escape at this charming cottage located directly on beautiful Island Pond in Island Pond, Vermont. Nestled on a quiet side road with virtually no traffic, the property offers a peaceful setting with calm waters and stunning lake views—perfect for a getaway.
The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a gas range and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, granite countertops, and double sink. The open living and dining area includes new comfortable couches, a dining table with Parsons chairs, and vinyl wood flooring throughout. A large bay window with a cushioned window seat provides the perfect spot to relax and take in views of the lake.
Additional amenities include Smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, washer and dryer, and an outdoor gas grill. Step outside onto the spacious deck with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or evening sunsets over the water.
The cottage comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms, with two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. One of the downstairs bedrooms is a large bunk-style room with multiple queen beds and a SmartTV, making it perfect for families or groups traveling together.
Outside, guests have access to a private 30-foot dock, where you can tie up your boat or watercraft during your stay and enjoy easy lake access. Terrific getaway, a cozy lakeside cottage. Well equiped kitchen and comfortable beds. A perfect location for relaxing and also exploring all the North East Kingdom has to offer. Great outdoor options, swimming and paddling at your door step and extensive hiking nearby. Spectacular views from the decks. There is nothing like being directly on the water with your own dock! Island Pond is close by for resupply.Our host Jason was great, very helpful and communicated well. Thank you so much for sharing your place.

This home was outstanding! The house had everything we needed and more. The host responded quickly when we reached out with exceptional service. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone who wants to kick back, relax, and enjoy the view off the deck overlooking the water. This was our first time vacationing in Vermont and had the best time. Thanks for everything!!
