Peace and quiet surrounded by greenery right in the heart of the village of Saint-Germain-du-Teil. This renovated, character-filled home faces due south on the slopes of the Aubrac, just 7 minutes from the Lot Valley and the A75. While allowing you to fully enjoy the peace and nature, this house—ideally located on the outskirts of the village—puts all local shops within walking distance: bakery, grocery store, café… A large, tree-lined lot completes the property. Numerous walking trails and GR hiking routes are nearby. The cottage, measuring approximately 160 m² plus a barn for games, features 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It comprises two separate living areas—one for 4 people and one for 8—connected by their fully equipped dining rooms. There is a 24 m² kitchen-dining room and another 35 m² dining-kitchen-living room that can easily seat 12 people at the table. Upstairs from the large room, there is a bedroom with a large double bed and a small bedroom with bunk beds, both opening onto a landing with access to the bathroom and toilet.
