About this house rental
Sorellina is a charming house located in Le Grau-du-Roi in the Boucanet district, ideal for a quiet seaside holiday... Its advantages? The beach is 200 metres away and a shaded garden of 500 square metres with a terrace in the sun all day long. Sun lovers and those who are less so will find what they are looking for!
Sorellina can accommodate up to 12 people (4 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bedrooms with two single beds).
On the first floor: living room, dining room, equipped kitchen with dishwasher and two fridges, toilet.
On the 1st floor: 6 bedrooms, 4 with double beds and 2 with two single beds, 2 bathrooms and 2 shower rooms, laundry room with washing machine, ironing board, balcony.
Garden equipped with parquet flooring and a long wooden table for lunches and dinners outside, in the shade of plane trees, barbecue and deckchairs.
A 1-minute walk away you will find a bakery and a small neighborhood grocery store. Shops are 5 minutes away by car (supermarket, markets and other local shops), 15 minutes by bike or 25 minutes on foot.
Access to train stations, airport, buses:
-in front of the house, Avenue du Mail, bus 606 direct Montpellier Sud de France TGV station, 45mn.
-Grau-du-Roi station on the port, train or bus to Nîmes bus station, 1 hour. Le Grau station is open every day from May to September, closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from October to April.
-Montpellier-Méditerranée airport, 25mn
-Train stations: TGV Montpellier-Sud de France, and Montpellier-Saint Roch
-Also look at the buses that leave from La Grande-Motte, it's 1km from the house.
Low season: from 1 May to 30 June and from September 1 to 30 September, minimum rental 2 nights
High season: from 1 July to 31 August, minimum rental 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday
