Welcome to our cozy and fully equipped apartment located in the peaceful village of Fiorini, not far from the sea and the renowned Istrian destinations. The apartment is situated on the raised ground floor and offers comfort, privacy, and easy access – perfect for families or groups of friends.
🌿 Outdoor Areas
At the entrance, there is a covered terrace with a table and benches – ideal for morning coffee or pleasant evenings in good company.
From the kitchen, there is access to a second covered terrace, furnished with a small table and chairs.
The third bedroom has direct access to a terrace, which can also serve as an additional entrance to the apartment. Thanks to the ramp leading to the parking area, access is also suitable for guests who cannot use stairs.
🛏 Bedrooms
The apartment consists of three bedrooms:
>Bedroom 1 – 140x190 cm bed and private bathroom (WC, washbasin, shower)
>Bedroom 2 – double bed, desk, and wardrobe
>Bedroom 3 – bunk bed, wardrobe, and access to the terrace
There is also a main bathroom equipped with a shower, WC, bidet, washbasin with cabinet, and mirror.
🛋 Living Room and Kitchen
The spacious living room offers plenty of space for relaxation and is furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The kitchen is connected to the living room and includes a dining area; it is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, combined stove with oven, microwave, kettle, moka coffee pot, filter coffee machine, toaster, and everything needed for preparing and serving food and drinks.

The village of Fiorini is the ideal place for those seeking peace and an authentic Istrian atmosphere. Surrounded by greenery, vineyards, and olive groves, it is far from traffic and summer crowds, yet close to all essential services, reachable within just five minutes by car. In the village, only 100 meters from the accommodation, there is a children's playground, perfect for families. You will also find a renowned seafood restaurant serving fresh local specialties and a pizzeria for pleasant, informal evenings.
The nearest beach is located in Karigador, just 2 km from the house. It is a rocky beach with partly equipped concrete platforms and crystal-clear sea, ideal for swimming and sunbathing. Along the coast, there is a pleasant promenade, and in the village you will find a grocery store, bakery, and café—everything needed for a relaxing day by the sea.
On the other side of the same bay lies Dajla, approximately 2.5 km from the apartment. Dajla offers pebble beaches and areas with concrete platforms, a peaceful and more shaded environment, ideal for families and for those seeking a more private and natural atmosphere.
For those looking for more activity and amenities, there is Novigrad, a charming coastal town famous for its picturesque old town. The narrow stone streets, ancient town walls, and romantic seaside promenade create a typical Mediterranean atmosphere. Here you will find supermarkets, small shops, excellent restaurants, ice cream parlors, bars, and numerous activities for both children and adults.
Not far away is Brtonigla, a small town renowned for its excellent wines, olive oil, and local gastronomy. Surrounded by vineyards and wine roads, Brtonigla is perfect for an evening stroll or for tasting typical Istrian specialties in an authentic and relaxed setting.
This location allows you to choose each day between the peace of nature and the lively energy of the coastal towns, all just a few minutes away.
* Upon arrival, a registration fee of €7 per person must be paid in cash.
* Pets are allowed (maximum 2) for an additional fee of €13 per pet per day, payable in cash upon arrival.
* Smoking is permitted on the terrace or outdoors, while smoking inside the apartment is not allowed.
* We kindly ask our guests:
- to respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest hours,
- for safety reasons, to switch off the air conditioning and dishwasher when leaving the accommodation,
- to use the apartment equipment with care,
- to empty waste containers and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to report any damage caused to the owner; after careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment in cash before departure,
- to inform the owner of the planned departure time one day before departure to arrange the handover of the keys.
* The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the last day of the stay.
