About this house rental

Enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay in this modern 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac just minutes from Ashford Town Centre. The lounge/dining area has comfortable seating, large Smart TV and a 6 seater table. Perfect for corporate/contractor guests, family and leisure stays. The home offers free parking, fast WiFi, and excellent transport links, including quick access to the M20, Le Shuttle and nearby rail connections to London.

The property has a modern kitchen equipped with a large fridge/freezer, built in oven and electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The separate lounge / diner with access to the secluded back garden has a dining table with seating for 6. There is comfortable seating and a large screen smart TV which also offers terrestrial channels. Downstairs is completed by a handy cloakroom. There is free WiFi throughout.
On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms one with an en-suite shower. On the second floor there are a further 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom. It is possible to switch a room to twin beds on request with at least 48 hours notice. All of the bedrooms are attractively decorated and have drawer and/or hanging space. Bed linen and towels are supplied.
Outside, to the rear, there is a fenced, sunny garden. This is accessed via patio doors directly from the lounge. There is plenty of free street parking in the cul-de sac.

The house is ideally located for corporate/contractor guests as well as family and leisure stays. There is easy access to the M20 going north to London and south to the coast and just a short drive to Ashford train station with regular trains to London Victoria. The Eurotunnel Le Shuttle service is just a 20-minute drive. It is close to Ashford town centre where you can find great restaurants, bars and shopping – including the well-known Ashford Designer Outlet. For leisure time the beaches at Folkestone, Port Lympne Safari Park, Champney’s Spa at Eastwell Manor and several nature reserves and parks are all less than 30 minutes drive away.
