Bring your mountain bike and experience the thrill of the Stinger Trail—one of our favorite downhill rides. If you pace it right, you can cruise all the way to Nevada Beach (though you may want a ride back up the mountain afterward!). From hiking and biking to skiing and casinos, this home offers year-round adventure for every guest.
Seasonal Notes:
• Winter: A 4x4 vehicle is recommended, and chains may be necessary.
• Summer: Relax on the serene shores of Lake Tahoe at Zephyr Cove or perfect your swing at the renowned Edgewood Golf Course, home of the celebrity golf tournament.
Entertainment, fine dining, shopping, and vibrant nightlife are all close by, making this the perfect place to gather, recharge, and enjoy everything Tahoe has to offer.

• Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the property offers peace, dark night skies, and unforgettable summer stargazing.

Maximum daytime guests: 6. Children under 5 don't count toward occupancy. Notice that gatherings and events that exceed the maximum occupancy of the vacation home rental are prohibited. Maximum number of allowed vehicles: 2. Notice that renters will be issued parking placards, which they and their guests must display on the driver's side dashboard of their vehicles. Renters and their guests must park only in designated areas. Failure to park in designated areas and/or to display parking placards may result in a citation and a $500 fine. Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced. We also ask that you sign our stay agreement.

Came to South Lake Tahoe for the Tahoe 200 and this place was the perfect location. It's just minutes from Heavenly's Stagecoach area, and the Tahoe Rim Trail is within walking distance right from the front door.
The deck was a highlight—beautiful for both sunrise and sunset, with a fireplace and gas BBQ that made it easy to relax after long days on the trail.
The open floor plan upstairs was fantastic. With all the windows, it felt like you were up in the trees, surrounded by the forest. The kitchen was well-equipped and made cooking meals easy before and after long days on the trail.
The downstairs master bedroom was quiet, comfortable, and perfect for recovery. The entire property felt fresh, modern, and well-maintained, with everything looking new.
I would definitely book this property again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting South Lake Tahoe for trail running, hiking, skiing, or simply enjoying the mountains.
