Charming penthouse with ocean views and private pool!

This is our home. A penthouse in Rio Vermelho, facing Paciência Beach. Inspired by reading Jorge Amado, by the endless horizon of the ocean where the whole house has a sea view, by the culture and crafts of the Northeast that decorate the space. We also have the privilege of watching the sunset while taking a shower and a dip in the pool inside the house. The space: The entire apartment has 180 m2 distributed over two floors. Upon entering, you are immediately greeted by the marvelous sea view framed in the living room. The lower level also houses the kitchen and laundry room, located near the entrance and the stairs. The living room, which follows, has space for relaxing, reading, working, gathering, and dining. On the same floor are the master suite, a playroom, and a bathroom. On the upper floor, the dining room, with its incredible view of the beach, functions as an extension of the outdoor pool area. An amazing place to gather and celebrate good times. The pool area is where we recharge our energies with a good swim and shower. The experience of showering outdoors is liberating. And who can resist having a good drink in a hammock while watching the sunset? Or even take a nap in the convertible room after watching a Netflix or Amazon Prime series? The convertible room has space for everything! It's like a loft with space for two people to sleep and work. These last two spaces are separated by a curtain that you can open and close whenever you want. We also have a guest bathroom (no shower inside, only in the bathroom downstairs or in the pool area) and a refrigerator near the stairs next to the room. From the room you can see the dining room and the sea too. You'll fall in love!
