About this house rental
Villa Daphne is a beautiful traditional island home with a mix of classic charm and modern comfort. It has two bright bedrooms with a double bed in each, and in the living area there is a single sofa bed for an extra guest — perfect for families or friends traveling together. The villa includes two bathrooms, both with a shower, toilet, and sink, and you’ll find towels and toiletries provided. Inside, there is a traditional Greek kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals, including a fridge, stove, and kitchen tools. The living room is cozy and opens up to a terrace and balcony with sea views, so you can enjoy the beautiful Aegean scenery right from the house. There is also outdoor seating and a barbecue area, making it a lovely place to relax and enjoy meals outside while looking over the village and sea.
The villa is in a quiet and traditional village with small stone streets and white houses, giving you the feeling of a real Greek island experience. From the village you can see beautiful views of the deep blue Aegean Sea and the surrounding landscape. Nikia is a peaceful place, perfect for relaxing walks through its alleys and around its charming village square. Guests can easily stop at local cafés, small shops, and a mini-market in the village for basic supplies, so you don’t need to travel far for everyday needs. The island’s main port in Mandraki (where ferries arrive from Kos or Rhodes) is about a 20-minute drive away from Nikia, making it very easy to reach when you arrive or depart. As for beaches, the closest attractive spots such as Avlaki or Pali beaches with sand, pebbles, and nature-filled coastal areas are about 7–15 km from the village, so you can enjoy the sea and swim after a short drive or bus ride.
