The Space:
This comfortable one-bedroom apartment offers a bright and functional layout. The bedroom features a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
The living room includes a sofa bed and connects to a private balcony that allows natural light and city views. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay.
Unlike some other units in the building, this apartment does not include a dedicated workspace.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full private access to the apartment. The building uses smart locks for both the main entrance and the apartment door, allowing convenient self check-in.
At the moment the elevator is still under installation, so guests will need to use the stairs to reach the second floor where the apartment is located.
The Neighborhood:
Mojarra 27 is located on Calle Mojarra, across from the Mercado Nader area, one of Cancún’s most vibrant and emerging neighborhoods. What was once primarily a residential area has transformed into a lively district filled with cafés, open-air restaurants, local markets, and colorful street murals.
Staying here allows guests to experience a more authentic side of Cancún while still being close to the city’s main attractions. The Caribbean beaches, the ferry terminal to Isla Mujeres, and the upscale Puerto Cancún marina are all just a short drive away.
Getting Around:
Getting around Cancún from Mojarra 27 is simple and convenient. Many cafés, restaurants, and local spots can be reached on foot, making it easy to explore the neighborhood.
For longer distances, Uber and taxis are widely available throughout the area. The beaches and hotel zone are typically about a 10 to 15 minute drive away.
Street parking may be available nearby, although the building itself does not have dedicated parking.
Other Things to Note:
The building is still completing its final construction phase. Work may take place Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The elevator is not yet available, so guests will need to use the stairs. The rooftop area that will include a shared pool and grill area is expected to open in May.
