Located in the heart of Quarteira, this stunning luxury apartment is on the 3rd floor, you will have walking access to a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, ice cream shops, bicycle/scooter rentals, currency exchange offices and places to book various excursions, all along the seafront. The beautiful golden sand beach of Praia de Quarteira is just a two-minute walk away, where you can relax, enjoy the glorious Algarve sun and swim in the clear warm blue ocean; or take part in a variety of water sports if you're in the mood for adventure!
This magnificent one-bedroom apartment less than 100 metres from the beach, with excellent sun exposure, set in the most recent Luxury Development Terraços de Quarteira II.
This property comprises an entrance hall, kitchen and living room in a spacious common area, a magnificent south/west-facing terrace, 1 generously sized bedroom and a guest WC.
This apartment is 20 minutes from Faro Airport, comfortably accommodates up to 4 people and was recently furnished to a high standard of good taste.
It has all the necessary amenities, including a lift and a large swimming pool area with shower, WC/changing rooms and sun loungers, accessible only to people within the apartments.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances: electric oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and washing machine. All kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, utensils and glasses are provided. The living area consists of a large sofa, state-of-the-art smart TV and air conditioning.
Also included are high-speed fibre internet and WIFI throughout, iron and ironing board, coat hangers in all wardrobes, towels and bed linen, hair dryer, first aid kit, fire extinguisher and blanket, vacuum cleaner, mop, broom and TV in English, French, Spanish, German and Dutch.
You can walk to Vilamoura Marina and along the way you will find luxury restaurants and entertainment for the whole family.
There is also a huge Aquashow water park just 10 minutes away. For golf lovers, there is a huge selection of golf courses near the apartment, including Quinta do Lago Golf Resort - one of Europe's most exclusive golf complexes, with three premium quality courses - which is less than 15 minutes' drive away.
Any visit or mobilisation of a staff member to the apartment outside normal opening hours will be subject to an additional charge of €50.00 per intervention, to be paid directly to the staff member at the time of assistance.
